Scattered is an homage to a majestic copper beech tree that stands in the garden of a beautiful homestead in the Lakes district of Otago.

Commissioned by the owners to reflect their love and appreciation for their special tree, this work also fits well within my practice as an example of the introduced species that have a lasting historical significance in our landscape.
